Day 1: Samarkand / Bukhara-asraf village
Arrival in the village of Asraf. Walk through the village to get to know the locals and see the surrounding area. Rest on the trestle-bed or supa under the walnut trees. Participation in the process of preparation of the national dish Pilaf.
Day 2: Asraf village
Walking all day in the village of Uhum (14 km / 7 hours with picnic). Visit local historical sites, the ruins of the Mongolian fortress "Qorgoni Hankeldi", the ruins of the fortress "Deh" and the old water mill in the Upper Uhum.
Day 3: Asraf village-Bukhara/Samarkand
